Welcome to the website of Jennifer Krakowsky Law PLLC ("Firm," "me," "I," or "mine"). By accessing or using this website located at jkrakowskylaw.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of this Site, including submitting a contact form, scheduling a consultation, registering for an event, or communicating with me via email, does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship with the Firm is established only through a signed, written engagement agreement. Do not send confidential or sensitive information through this Site until such a relationship has been formally established.

2. Informational Purposes Only

All content on this Site — including blog posts, articles, service descriptions, downloadable materials, and social media content — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, tax, financial, investment, or professional advice. You should not act or refrain from acting based on any content on this Site without seeking qualified legal counsel licensed in your jurisdiction.

3. No Guarantees or Warranties

The information on this Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of any information on the Site. I do not guarantee any particular legal outcome. Past results, case studies, testimonials, or client stories do not guarantee or predict future results. Every legal matter is unique and depends on its specific facts and circumstances.

4. Flat Fee Disclosures

Any pricing, fee ranges, cost estimates, or flat-fee amounts displayed on the Site are provided for general reference only. Actual fees may vary depending on the complexity and scope of your specific matter. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written engagement agreement before any legal work commences. Quoted fees do not include government filing fees, taxes, or third-party costs unless expressly stated.

5. Jurisdictional Limitations

Jennifer Krakowsky is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. This Site is not intended to solicit clients in any jurisdiction where the Firm is not licensed to practice. Services are provided exclusively within jurisdictions where the Firm is authorized to practice law.

8. Payments and Refunds

Certain services or event registrations may require payment. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). All fees are due in accordance with the terms specified at the time of purchase or in the applicable engagement agreement. Refund policies, if any, will be specified in the engagement agreement or at the point of purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm, its principal, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to reliance on any information obtained from the Site, errors or omissions in content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of the Site.
