Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with my Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Firm regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
